Welcome to The English Girls Bakery! We are determined to make Gluten Free TASTE GOOD! I wish I could take credit for this business, but truly it was my 5 year old. After being diagnosed as a celiac, and navigating many birthday parties with gluten free treats that taste like ... you know. We decided it was time to bring GOOD gluten free treats to the community! I have been baking gluten free for over 10 years. From my own health journey, to navigating my daughter's celiac disease, and a new wrinkle of MTHFR in the family - I know how important it is to eat food you can trust, but also tastes good. I never wanted my daughter to feel left out because she couldn't have traditional birthday cake or cupcakes. I'm so proud that she can enjoy like her peers and not feel left out. From birthday cakes, cupcakes, wedding cakes - and sourdough, we are so proud to be able to serve the gluten free community and the other folks too!
